FAQs
Q1: Can I pre-order?
A1: Yes you can!! The way is same to Step1, Please know me item(s) you want to pre-order. Then, I will send an estimate to you.
If you approve the estimate, I will send a bill to your PayPal account. You have to prepay the items' prices, shipping fees to my address, and the commission fee.
After your payment, I will pre-order your item(s).
After your package arrives at my address, I will send you a bill for a shipping fee.
Q2: Can I order from my country?
A2: Yes, I can accept orders from almost all over the world, but there are some exceptions, for example, Iraq is.
Q3: How about an order for an auction?
It is almost same as normal orders.
At first, please know me auction you want to bid and your limitation prices for auctions.
I will send an approximate estimate for auctions.
If you approve it, I will bid your limitation prices for auctions.
If I win the auctions, I will send a bill for a total amount after all your items' arrival at my address.
Please pay for it, then, I will ship your package.
Why "approximate"?
Because shipping fees and cash delivery fees are very various and some auctions I can not know exact shipping fee to my address and cash delivery fee.
Generally, shipping fees are about 80~1500JPY, cash delivery fees are 0~300JPY.
I would appreciate it if you would understand this situation.
Yahoo Japan Auction has automatic bidding system.
It continues to bid an auction to your limitation price automatically.
For example, you bid 10000JPY for an auction start with 100JPY.
If no one bid the auction to the end, you win the auction with 100JPY.
If other bidder bid 200JPY, the system bid 300JPY for the auction automatically.
This automatic bidding continues till the price for the auction is over your limitation price, 10000JPY.
If there is enough time to send a few mail and you want quick bidding, please know me so via mail with confirmation with that if I win the auction, you can not cancel the order.
Q4: Can I use Small Packets to ship instead of EMS?
A4: Yes, of course. If you prefer Small Packets or other ways to ship, please notify me when you send your order. Since Small Packets have no insurance and no traceability, I can not have responsibility for any accident while delivery.
If you want more exactness, I recommended you to use Registered Mail option with extra 410JPY.
Note: If your package is over the size or weight for Small Packets, you can not use it.
Generally, packages of figures have large volume. If you buy more than 3 figures, there is high possibility that you can not use Small Packets.
Q5: I can not get your reply!
A5: At first, please check a spam box in your mail client. If there is not, there are some technical trobles. Please, send a mention or a direct message to me via twitter.
Q6: Can you mark the package as a "gift" to make
the invoice amount lower than the actual price?
A6: In compliance with laws, I cannot accept such a request.
Q7: Can I cancel my order?
A7: Before I pay for your items, you can cancel an order.
After I pay for your package, you can cancel,
but you must pay for the items, shipping fees to my address,
and a cancellation charge of 5%.
After I ship your package, you cannot cancel an order.
Q8: Can I buy adult category items?
A8: Sorry, I cannot deal with adult category items.
Q9: Can I return my items?
A9: I cannot accept any returns. I am only an agent,
and therefore I cannot have any inventory.
Q10: What if my package does not arrive after a reasonable time.
A10: Please contact with your local post office first.
EMS has insurance, if your package was lost while shipping.
Or you may need to contact with your county's customs office.
Inspite of these actions, If you can not find your package, please know me.
I will write a Search Request Form for you.
Q11: I was required to make an extra payment when my package arrived.
A11: That payment is a customs duty or other charge in your country. You must pay it.
