Six Steps for Ordering

Step 1. Please submit the order form.
After I confirm your order specifications, I will send you an estimate via email within 1-2 business days. To make the process easier, please write in detail about the items you want and where you want to buy them.
These links to Japanese web sites can help you find your item(s). But if you can not, I will search and find the items and provide a free estimate. Please feel free to order to me.

If you want the estimate, before you send your private imformations, please mail to me directly, I would accept it with pleasure. Please, click , to launch your mail cliant. And, if you have questions or something, please mail to me. For example, 'How much is this item's market rate on Yahoo Auction Japan?' or "Where can I get this item?", they are all OK. Please feel free to mail to me!!


Step 2. I will try to get your item(s).
You can approve my estimates via email. After I receive your approval, I will try to get your items. Before I pay for your items, you can cancel your order at no cost. However, after I pay for your items, you can cancel, but you must reimburse me for the items' total price and shipping fees plus a cancellation charge of 5% of that amount.


Step 3. I will send you a bill via PayPal.
After your package arrives, I will check the contents and weigh them. Then I will send you a bill using PayPal Email Payments. When shipping your package, I will use the Japan Post Office' EMS service. EMS's fees depend on your location and the weight of the package. If you prefer the other ways for the shipment, please notify me, I can accept it. About other ways for a shipment, please refer to Q4 in FAQs
The commission fee is 15% of your package price, including the shipping fee to my address, but excluding the shipping fee to your address. The minimum transaction is ¥540. If 15% of your package price is under ¥540, please pay ¥540 for the commission fee.


Step 4. Pay your bill.
Please use PayPal and Japanese yen when paying.


Step 5. I will ship your package to you.
After I confirm your payment, I will ship your package and notify you about the shipping date and EMS tracking number via e-mail.


Step 6. Your package will arrive at your address.
When your package arrives, you might incur a customs duty and/or charge in your country for which you will be responsible. In some countries, such as those in Europe, these custom rates can be high. Please confirm your country's customs rates.
